Kyle Cline, Owner Operator
Stephanie and Kyle Cline have been happily married since June of 2003. Together they raise three children, Ayden born in 04, Ella born in 07, and Hudson born in 10 in Pleasant Hill. This is Stephanie’s home town so the have the pleasure of being close to a wonderful extended family. Each of their children participates in multiple competitive sports year-round. Kyle has had the pleasure of being able to coach all three kids in each of their sports for many years. When the sports schedules allow as a family their true love is to travel together. Kyle has also showed them his love for the outdoors, and his favorite hobby, Bass Fishing. Kyle enjoys getting to take each kid fishing & hunting with him as much as possible.
Kyle has been in the construction industry since 1999 when he worked on a roofing crew as a job during college. In 2002 Kyle graduated from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg with a degree in Agricultural Business. This is where Stephanie and Kyle first met. After college the couple moved to Lees Summit and Kyle begin working at an Insurance Restoration company out of Kansas. After Five years there serving as the Sales, Production, and Office manager Stephanie and Kyle decided it was time to start their own company. So in March of 2007 They started Cline Construction & Roofing Inc. Since day one Kyle has always prided him self in the companies’ ability to make the restoration process as easy as possible for the customers. He truly enjoys getting to work with great contractors to help repair homes back to better than they were before the damage. As the company has expanded into other fields, it has only been possible with the support of Stephanie and the family Kyle says.
Jeff Hull, Project Manager
Jeff and his wife Carrie were married in 2002 and have had 3 children. Carter was born in 2006, Lydia in 2007 and Cashton in 2010. All three kids are engaged year round in competitive baseball, football, soccer, basketball and track which Jeff helps coach most of in one way or another. So if you don’t see them at a sporting event, they are probably hanging out at the pool or relaxing at home.
Jeff has been involved in construction since he graduated college in 2000 in various forms as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, superintendent, business owner and project manager. He worked his way up from a general laborer on a jobsite to being a jobsite superintendent while being a union carpenter. He spent 6 years in insurance restoration both in Texas and when he moved back to Missouri to start his own reconstruction company. As his kids grew, and he wanted to spend more time with the family so he gave up his own business and went to work for a commercial general contractor as both a superintendent and a project manager. After 19 years of work, he has found a home with Cline Construction where he is close to home but also gets to do work he really enjoys.
Now Jeff is a Project Manager for Cline Construction where he is helping to diversify the company and handles new construction, additions, interior remodels and insurance claim restoration. They have even purchased their first flip house which Jeff is helping to remodel so they can sell the first home for Cline Construction in company history.
Travis Thompson, Project Manager
Travis Thompson and his high school sweetheart, Haley, were married in 2014. They have a daughter together, Hadlie, born in 2017. Travis and Haley reside in Pleasant Hill and are excited to raise their family in the same town they grew up in. Travis enjoys spending time with his family and taking his daughter out for special father daughter dates. Travis’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, and golfing.
Travis has been with Cline Construction and Roofing since 2010. He worked for the company off and on as a salesman while also attending college and obtaining a degree in Construction Management. Travis graduated college and began working for a general contracting company in Kansas City. He came back to Cline Construction and Roofing in 2017 as a project manager and is happy to be closer to home working for a local, family run company. He specializes in insurance claims due to storm damage and roof repairs and replacement. Travis enjoys working with customers and getting to meet new people through his job. His goal is to provide all customers with an easy and personable experience.
