Work Scope: *Remove 100 year old tile, install plywood, 30# felt and new 30 yr Laminate Shingle.
*Removal and Abatement of hail damaged Asbestos Siding. Replaced with Crane Board 7" fully insulated vinyl siding.
*Rebuild rotten soffit and fascia. Install new vinyl soffit and aluminum fascia warp.
*Install 6" gutters and 3x4" downspouts.
