Work Scope: Remove and Replace 75 year old Ludowici tile roofing and dormer tile after damaging Hail Storm.

* After Cline Construction & Roofing Inc. negotiated with homeowners insurance company, homeowners recieved full compensation for cost of new Tile roofing due to Hail Damage.
Project: Bethel Baptist Church Exterior renovation
Work Scope: *Remove 100 year old tile, in stall Plywood, 30# felt and new Thrity Year Laminate Shingle.
*Removal and Abatement of hail damaged Asbestos Siding. Replaced with Crane Board 7" fully insulated vinyl siding.
*Rebuild rotten soffit and fascia. Install new Vinyl Soffit and aluminum fascia warp.
*Install 6" gutters and 3x4" downspouts.
